A fantastic newly created opportunity has arisen for a results-driven Internal Sales Manager to lead a growing team of sales advisors in a busy and vibrant well-established B2C company near Reading. The ideal candidate will be proactive, will lead by example and be able to motivate a call centre sales team to achieve a high level of success and customer satisfaction.
