Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Licensed Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years qualified experience in Conveyancing, strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Job role/responsibilities: -To undertake responsibility for all aspects of purchase, sale, re-mortgage and equity release conveyancing within the practice from inception to completion and post-completion tasks.To maintain and develop relationships with sources of work, lenders and other SolicitorsTo be a responsible representative of the legal practice and contribute to the service provided to Clients, compliance with CQS Protocol, Lender Panel Memberships, Money Laundering Regulations, SRA Principles and Codes of Conduct and the success of the firm.Main ResponsibilitiesTo carry out all aspects of the purchase, sale, re-mortgage and equity release of residential conveyancing matters carried out within the Department from inception to completion and post completion tasksIdentifying relevant searches, title checks and enquiries and reporting on the sameCarrying out Anti Money Laundering checks to comply with the firm''s anti Money Laundering policies, properly complete CMRA''s and to notify any issues or concerns immediately they arise to the MLROChecking prepared purchase and sale contract packs, mortgage reports and completion statementsPreparing freehold and leasehold contractsLi
