PMO Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Manager to join Warmer Homes London (WHL) to support the governance and management of our London-wide retrofit programmes. Warmer Homes London (WHL) is a new organisation jointly funded by the Mayor of London and London Councils, designed to make Londoners'' homes greener, healthier and more affordable to heat. We''re working in partnership with housing associations and local authorities to invest £231m into improving the energy efficiency of London''s housing through two major programmes. The role''s primary focus will be to support London''s Strategic Partnership of 27 members, delivering a £78 million grant over three years through the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (SHF) Wave 3. What you''ll do You''ll play a key role in helping WHL achieve its strategic goals by developing and maintaining governance arrangements and ensuring the Programme Management Office (PMO) for London''s SHF Strategic Partnership operates efficiently. As a senior member of the Programme Management Office, you''ll be instrumental in developing a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement. How you''ll do it Provide comprehensive, end-to-end support across our Strategic Partnership governance structure - ensuring good governance practices are followed. Collaboratively shape systems, policies and processes that meet the needs of members in our Partnership and contribute to strategic goals and outcomes. Coordinate evaluation activities and us
