Workshop based, Commutable from Plymouth, Ivybridge, Modbury, South Brent, Dartington, Totnes, Newton Abbot, Southway and surrounding areas

Shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm / Double Days Monday - Friday

this role will suit an engineer looking for a supportive and close-knit engineering team, working on various equipment, with structured training provided to strengthen your skills. The Role:
*Planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing machinery
*Fault finding, repairs, and maintenance work
*Full training on specialist equipment with opportunities to progress into leadership
*Monday to Friday shifts, no weekend working - 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm / Double Days Monday - Friday

The Person:
*Previous experience in Maintenance Engineering
*Desire to develop technically and progress into leadership roles
*Looking for long-term stability, training, and career growth
