Our client is looking for a Contract Manager with flair, focus, and a passion for delivering exceptional fit out projects. You’ll be overseeing retail fit outs and bespoke joinery installations from tender to handover, ensuring every element runs like clockwork (or better yet, like a finely crafted dovetail joint).

As our clients Contract Manager, you’ll have full contract responsibility — managing budgets, timelines, and relationships, while ensuring the highest quality finishes on projects valued up to £2m. You’ll be right at the heart of our CAT A and CAT B fit outs, turning visions into beautifully crafted realities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the full life cycle of contracts, from tender through to project completion.

• Oversee all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of each project.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

• Ensure all bespoke joinery elements meet exacting quality standards.

• Manage project programmes and ensure key milestones are met.

• Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.

• Resolve contractual disputes promptly and effectively.

• Control budgets, monitor costs, and maximise project profitability.

• Ensure seamless integration between CAT A and CAT B fit out phases.

• Drive a culture of quality, safety, and teamwork on every project.
