Infoblox DDI Engineer - 6 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - London Office Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)Rate: £450 per day Location: London Role Overview To support and maintain the organisation''s Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) platform across its full life cycle, ensuring it remains secure, stable, and fit for purpose within a large-scale enterprise environment. The role is responsible for assisting with platform upgrades, patching, and hotfixes, maintaining the security posture of the DDI estate, and resolving incidents to ensure high service availability. Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) services within a live production environment Manage and resolve incidents (INCs) and service requests in line with defined SLAs Process business requests, including DNS changes, DHCP updates, and IP address management (IPAM) allocations Perform routine platform maintenance, including upgrades, patching, and hotfix implementation Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and contribute to continuous service improvement Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical guidance and contributing to decision-making What You Will Ideally Bring: Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) - ExpertHands-on experience with Infoblox NIOS, with strong knowledge of DNS/DHCP fundamentals and enterprise troubleshooting Incident andamp; Operational Support (3rd Line) - StrongProven experience managing incidents, performing RCA, and support
