Exciting opportunity within one of the fastest growing housing associations in Liverpool for an experienced Joiner / Kitchen Fitter.

Our client is one of the fastest growing housing contractors across the northwest with ongoing exciting opportunities.

Rate: -19.00 per hour PAYE UMBRELLA

Your Duties will include:

• Carry out multi - trade work (Plumbing, plastering & tiling)
• Complete all aspects of joinery work internally and externally to both void and tenanted properties

Requirements:

• NVQ L2 / City & Guilds in Joinery (must be able to provide proof of qualifications)
• Basic Plumbing, plastering, tiling etc
• Have substantial experience in joinery, maintenance and construction within the social housing industry
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• CSCS card desirable
• Obtain good customer care skills
