You will play a key role in helping pupils stay engaged, build confidence, and make strong academic and social progress.The school has a strong focus on inclusion and creating a positive learning environment for all pupils. Experience supporting children with additional needs (SEN) is beneficial, but not essential - the school is open to graduates or individuals with a genuine interest in working within education.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport for Pupils:Provide classroom support across a range of subjects and activitiesWork 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and developmentHelp pupils stay focused, engaged, and motivatedSupport children with additional learning or behavioural needsSupport for Teachers:Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisationHelp maintain a structured, positive, and inclusive environmentWork closely with the class teacher to deliver effective supportRequirementsEssential:GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above (or equivalent) in English and MathsStrong communication
