The successful candidate will focus on work preparation to industrialise modifications for aircraft, supporting both mechanical and electrical systems. You''ll work as part of a multifunctional team to ensure seamless industrialisation into production.Key Responsibilities:Translate design intent into technical instructions and manufacturing engineering data for aircraft manufacture, assembly, test, and certificationImplement best practice methods, tools, and processes to meet current and future business requirementsDeliver detailed work preparation definition (routings, BOMs, SOIs, STV calculations) for aircraft productionEnsure all work and documentation meets procedural and regulatory requirementsProject manage manufacturing process improvements, including implementation strategiesEvaluate and enhance manufacturing process capacity, recommending changes to product design as neededProvide shopfloor support to operations, supply chain, and final assembly linesRequired Skills and Experience:Strong process-driven background; experience in large man
