Duties as a Production Technician: - Read and understand engineering drawings to build electro-mechanical assemblies to a high standard - Perform automated test of various PCBA''s - Carry out visual batch inspection and report any imperfections/issues - To validate quality of assemblies, metalwork, components and PCBA''s - Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy workspace, adhering to all HandS regulations - Undertake other ad-hoc duties from time to time if required What''s needed as a Production Technician: - Previous experience in building from assembly instructions, electronic or mechanical assemblies to a high standard - Previous experience with electronic assembly processes in a SME manufacturing environment - Ability to read and understand technical mechanical drawings - Strong attention to detail and high level of quality inspection understanding - Previous experience and understanding of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook - Ability to work both individually and as part of a team Perks of working on a Temp to Perm basis: - Opportunity to join
