This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a meaningful leadership role supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence and trauma. The Role You will oversee day-to-day operations of refuge services, leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed and person-led support. Line managing staff and providing case directionOverseeing safeguarding, risk management and referralsAttending MARAC and multi-agency meetingsEnsuring data accuracy, audits and complianceSupporting service quality, improvement and reportingHelping maintain safe and well-run refuge environments This role requires travel - driving licence, car and business insurance are essential.
