With a strong pipeline of secured work, we are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple planned maintenance and refurbishment schemes. The Role As a Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for managing multiple social housing refurbishment projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
