The role involves carrying out and reporting on condition surveys across a diverse building portfolio, ensuring compliance with statutory and rail standards. ResponsibilitiesDeliver and manage asset condition surveys to required standards and deadlines.Report on asset condition using the company''s asset management system.Support Asset Engineers with maintenance priorities, business planning, and technical work scopes.Monitor planned/reactive maintenance and attend scheme hand-backs.Fulfil Building Surveyor duties under CDM 2015. RequirementsHND/HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.Proven experience in building condition surveying.Knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM, and statutory maintenance requirements.Rail knowledge including track safety and possessions regime.Valid DBS, PTS, and STE5 competencies from Day One.Strong IT and communication skills.Full UK driving licence.
