Using your understanding of design risk management to eliminate risk at the early design stages.The role would suit an Architect or Design professional with a strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and previous experience acting as CDM Principal Designer.The RoleThe successful individual will act as CDM Principal Designer and will be heavily involved in mitigating risk at early design stages, whilst also leading on all CDM-related tasks.
