Site Lead
Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Site Lead (Infrastructure Services) to join our team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day supervision of our infrastructure services implementation team—driving project success while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.As a Site Lead, you’ll manage engineering resources, support project delivery from start to finish, and act as a strong leader who prioritises team well-being while ensuring seamless execution on site.What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and supervising implementation teams on customer projects.Planning, scoping, and coordinating infrastructure services installations.Managing site setup, materials, and compliance with RAMS and HandS standards.Preparing reports, documentation, and supporting site surveys.Overseeing installation of network cabinets, cabling solutions, switches, WAPs, and fiber/copper systems.Ensuring equipment safety and driving a culture of compliance on-site.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in infrastructure services and project supervision.Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements in an installation environment.Excellent organisational and leadership skills.Hands-on experience with cabling, termination, testing, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with RAMS, site surveys, and coordination plans.Why Join Us?
