The organisation takes a proactive approach to property condition and customer wellbeing, with a strong focus on tackling damp, mould, and condensation issues.Role Overview As a Damp and Mould Surveyor, you will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving damp and mould issues across a diverse portfolio of social housing properties. You ll provide expert advice, coordinate remedial works, and act as a key point of contact for residents affected by these issues.Key Responsibilities Carry out property inspections related to damp, mould, and condensation complaints.
