Due to expansion they''re looking to recruit an HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time temporary basis based at their site in Rawtenstall.This role will be based 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. Therefore, candidates will ideally live locally or within a reasonable commute.This will be a temp to perm opportunity depending on performance. About the HR Advisor RoleThe successful candidate will handle diverse HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, contracts and employee relations.Salary: 18 - 20 p/h (may be negotiable depending on experience)What duties will be included in the HR Advisor role?- Collaborate with corporate functions leaders to understand their business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.- Partner with leaders to identify and address talent needs, including talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.- Partner with the Centre of Excellence (COE) to attract, develop, and retain top talent within corporate functions.- Support the performance and talent management processes, working closely with the COE and managers to set performance expectations, provide coaching, and address performance issues.- Support/Assist with the implementation of performance improvement plans, as needed. Provide guidance and coaching to leaders throughout the process.Employee Relations and HR Compliance:- Act as a trusted advisor to management and emp
