We are seeking a motivated and proactive Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience. The successful candidate must have residential experience, and they will work and lead on a large-scale High Risk Residential project in the city centre of Manchester, with an estimated contract value in the nine figures. They will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional QS services for the client under the guidance of the Regional Director.The ideal candidate will be providing real value to our clients across a variety of challenging and exciting projects, not just for this high-profile project. The candidate whilst leading on this high profile project, will be required to assist on our other accounts in the Retail, Commercial, Residential, and Leisure sectors. We are looking for individuals who are capable in both project service delivery and Client Account Management. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established Manchester office with an expanding client base across multiple sectors.Ideal candidates will possess a Cost Management skillset with experience in Contract Administration.You Must Have:
Degree qualified (BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent)7 years’ experience in a similar QS role, able to demonstrate a track record within both pre and post contract delivery.Residential Sector Experience, preference High Risk Buildings if available.Experience delivering a range of different projects, ideally with experience delivering under differing procurement approaches and in a client facing roleExcellent contract knowledge and Contract Administration experienceCompetence in advising clients on key project related issues and risk whilst owning day to day delivery and successfully managing changeAbility to lead both internal and client/design/construction teams and develop junior staffStrong IT capabilities including working experience of Microsoft OfficeThe role will command a highly competitive salary and remuneration package as well as a broad benefits package focused on personal development, wellbeing and community.To Apply:
