Job Advert: Accounts Admin (Temporary)Based in Aldridge Part time hours - Part time 25 hours and Full time work availableHourly Rate: 12.50phWe are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Admin to join our client''s team in Aldridge on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department and ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of financial information.Responsibilities:Assisting with various accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.Supporting the finance team with month-end and year-end processes.Handling queries from internal stakeholders regarding invoices, expenses, and payments.Providing administrative support to the finance department as required.Skills and Experience:Previous experience in an accounts admin role or similar position.Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
