Job Description: Subject to the successful closing of the transaction with Spirit, after obtaining relevant regulatory approvals JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the Airbus team at our Belfast facility. Becoming a member of the Facilities Management and Real Estate organisation, you will lead Technical Facility Services delivery to the site, in order to achieve operational and strategic objectives, in full compliance with regulations. Having accountability for governance, operations and maintenance of work space, and related infrastructure, you will manage suppliers to ensure their compliance and financial targets. You will align the site organisation in line with other UK and transnational sites, and integrated organisations, and ensure delivery of any tenant obligations within scope. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM Define strategy and policy for all maintenance activities (i. Electrical, Mechanical, Fire, Fabric, Cranes) ensuring continuous improvement through data analysis Asset management - delivery of a 5 year rolling investment plan, aligning with Airbus sustainability objectives Ensure good relationships with internal customers, understanding and anticipating the business and customer needs, including active demand management and supplier performance management Provide maintenance of facilities, infrastructure and technical equipment (mechanical and electrical) to ensure a safe working environment, business continuity and property value
