Our client based on the outskirts of Bedford are currently recruting for a site agent/caretaker on an ongoing temporary basis. The hours would be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (some flexibility maybe required). An enhanced DBS is essential as you would be working with young adults. The role will involve:- Undertaking basic repairs Ensuring the site is secure Supervising cleaning and waste disposal Performing routine maintenance checks Co-ordinating with external contractors Required for the role:- Valid Enhanced DBS Transport due to location Physically fit Basic DIY skills
