Seeking a kind and caring support worker to support a young man in his own home within the Ferryside area.Ideally you will have experience and / or qualifications within the care sector, however we can offer full training for those new to care, if they have the right qualities. Supporting one individual only, as part of a small, happy and consistent staff team. Ideally looking for cover for 3 Long days per week, working between 10am-10pm, mostly Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays each week, with the rest of the week off. However, we are open to discussions around hours and shift patterns, and are open to discuss increasing / decreasing the hours available for the correct person. Supporting one individual only, as part of a small, happy and consistent staff team. We value and appreciate all staff, all current staff have been a part of our company for 9-10 years. We have also just received an "Excellent" rating from CIW. Excellent working conditions, and rates of pay are subject to a pay review.
