Duties and Responsibilities of a Vehicle Damage Assessor: Responsible for all aspects of vehicle damage estimating including liaising with insurance companies/third parties to gather and assess the necessary claim information. Producing accurate estimates using computerised vehicle damage assessment packages. Liaise with customers and work colleagues to help ensure efficient vehicle repairs and outstanding customer service. Following health and safety guidelines and ensuring that a safe and efficient working environment is maintained. Providing service level agreements, ensuring customers are contacted regarding repairs and non-related damage. Your Background and Skill: Previous experience as an Estimator or VDA within the motor trade. Audatex qualification is desirable. Experience within a Bodyshop. Full UK Driving Licence. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well within a team.
