We are seeking a passionate and committed Maths Teacher to join a thriving and highly regarded secondary school in Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire, starting September 2026. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of all learners and support their progress
• Assess, monitor, and report on student performance, providing constructive and timely feedback
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a positive and stimulating learning environment
• Participate in departmental meetings, professional development sessions, and whole-school events
• Contribute actively to the development of the Maths curriculum and support extra-curricular activities

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching Mathematics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and support students of varying abilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and maintaining high standards
• Organised, reflective, proactive, and adaptable
