R00013910As an experienced Salesforce Developer/Technical Consultant, you will help us to design and deliver solutions to enhance and extend our Salesforce platform driving business value for the Firm across a stack primarily encompassing Sales Cloud alongside Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, Introhive, Avonni, and Copado.**Responsibilities will include:*** Work alongside the Salesforce Product Lead and Salesforce Technical Lead to deliver end-to-end solutions.* Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions primarily leveraging declarative configuration and Flow with Apex when required.* Maintain and extend complex Salesforce-side integrations with other core platforms including SAP, Workday, and other applications via Boomi.* Collaborate with a dedicated Business Analyst and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.* Design scalable solutions that accommodate the firm’s global operations across multiple jurisdictions.* Provide third-line technical support including development changes required to resolve problems and incidents.* Maintain technical documentation and solution design specifications, comment code, and handover clean deliverables.* Experience implementing centralised logging, custom exceptions, and user-friendly error messages.* Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, and query optimisation.* Deep understanding of and working knowledge with Salesforce Flow in record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flow formats.* Strong understanding of data modelling, security, sharing and visibility, and integration patterns.* Experience with modern development practices including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred).* Well-practiced in thinking from the user’s perspective when approaching the UI/UX and usability of Salesforce-based solutions.* Ability to prioritise demanding workloads alongside resilience and the ability to remain calm and objective under pressure.* Previous experience of working in product teams, following agile delivery methodology.You will be joining a team, within the wider Technology and Data function, who are focused on designing, building, implementing and operating Salesforce at the Firm.
The Salesforce product team is comprised of both Linklaters Tech and Data team members and external implementation partners.The Technology and Data function is currently transitioning from traditional waterfall-based project delivery to a product orientated operating model, focused on agile delivery aligned to the Scrum framework.Linklaters engages with a third-party provider for the provision of contractor and temporary staff. Therefore, upon acceptance of a temporary role at Linklaters, you will be engaged under a contract for services through our preferred third-party provider.
