Retail and Hospitality Head Chef - Monday to Friday

This BandI site provides lunch for 400-500 people daily, hosts weekly hospitality events, and aims to expand these offerings.Location:

EC2V 5DDRate of pay:

£50,000 - £55,000 per annumWorking pattern:

Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, 7am to 3.30pmKey Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 7, including senior sous chef, sous chef, chef de parties, and kitchen portersPrepare and oversee high-standard food productionEnsure timely food service for customersMaintain ingredient availability for menusDevelop and plan menus aligned with client and customer expectationsBe creative in menu planning, involving clients and customersUphold food quality and hygiene standardsOverall management of the kitchen teamProvide performance feedback and coachingEnsure team members complete up-to-date COSHH and Food Hygiene trainingIdeal Candidate:

Experienced head chef with background in BandI contract catering or hotels with banquetingPrevious fine dining or Michelin experienceExcellent communication skillsStrong leadership abilitiesPassionate about creating innovative retail and hospitality offeringsWhat’s in it for you?
