• Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within the build industry
• Strong understanding of construction principles and site safety regulations
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and stay organised under pressure
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance
