Flexible Hybrid – primarily home-based with occasional travel to one of their local offices (London, Reading, Bristol, Birmingham)We’re working with a leading Construction and Property consultancy that’s expanding its change function. As the Digital Capability Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving digital skills and capabilities across the organisation.This includes leading initiatives such as a Digital Graduate Programme, Data and AI Academy, and professional IT/Digital development pathways. The role is more strategic and people-focused than hands-on, with a strong emphasis on content creation and tool adoption.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in a Learning and Development role related to IT and Digital.Understanding of LandD and digital tools to enhance training delivery.Experience in change management and driving adoption.Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.Strong senior stakeholder engagement to support strategic direction.Desirable:Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not essential.If this sounds of interest, please apply directly with an up-to-date copy of your CV.
