2x BMS Service Engineer - Systems Integrator

This is a home-to-site role, with almost no office time required, where flexibility, initiative, and a high standard of service are key.You’ll be working on:Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Reactive call-outs and diagnosticsSmall works and upgradesControl systems such as Tridium, Trent, Schneider, Distech, Delta, and CentralineThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and solving problems in the field. If you''re interested in this opportunity, get in touch today!Responsibilities:Maintain and service various control systems (Tridium, Trent, Schneider, Distech, etc.)Attend to reactive faults and client issues across multiple sitesCarry out small projects and system upgradesPerform diagnostics and ensure systems are running at optimal performanceMaintain detailed service reports and documentationParticipate in the call-out rota (primary and secondary)Collaborate with contractors and other engineers for project successSkills / Must Have:Proven experience with BMS systems such as Tridium, Trent, Schneider, Distech, Delta, or CentralineStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently in a home-to-site roleExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetFull UK driving licenceBenefits:Salary up to £65,000 (DOE)Company vehicle and fuel cardPrivate healthcarePension schemeTravel expenses coveredAnnual bonus (-3%, tax-free via employee ownership model)Extensive overtime availableOngoing training and external certification supportCareer development opportunities within a fast-growing, employee-owned businessSalary:Up to £65,000 + bonus + benefits
