Residential Property Solicitor

to join their dynamic team.Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of

residential property transactions , including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, and remortgagesAdvising clients on

property finance, secured lending, and conveyancing processesDrafting contracts, lease agreements, and related legal documentationConducting due diligence, title reviews, and handling

post-completion formalitiesLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third-party professionalsEnsuring compliance with regulatory and conveyancing standardsSupporting junior solicitors and contributing to the department’s business development initiativesRequirements

Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property lawStrong technical knowledge of

property transactions and conveyancing proceduresExcellent communication and client-facing skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate within a

multi-office legal teamOrganised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to case managementExperience in working within a

regional or multi-office firm
