Bridgeman Recruitment Services ( Agency) require-SMSTS Site Supervisor / General Foreman to join our team for ongoing and upcoming civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general civils, including concrete repair and subcontractor coordination. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring health & safety compliance, and managing teams and subcontractors to deliver quality work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site activities, ensuring works are carried out safely, on time, and to specification.

• Manage subcontractors and coordinate site logistics.

• Oversee and inspect concrete repair and general civils works.

• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company procedures.

• Liaise with site management, engineers, and external stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

• SMSTS certification (essential)

• Proven experience in civil engineering (e.g., concrete repair, groundworks)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Competent with basic computer tasks (email, reports, schedules)

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
