We''re seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our collaborative team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of design delivery across a diverse range of projects, working from RIBA stage 1 through to completion. You''ll be instrumental in shaping design solutions whilst working on exciting education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOJ, MOD, and mixed-use projects valued up to £75m. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Design Manager, you''ll be working within our project delivery team, supporting them in managing and delivering innovative design solutions. Your day to day will include: Reporting to the Project Lead and managing the design process from RIBA stage 1 onwardsCreating and maintaining design programmes, design scopes, and design responsibility matricesCoordinating appointments and schedules to track progress effectivelyLeading and attending design meetings and workshops with key stakeholdersDelivering fully co-ordinated BIM projects including COBie data, model federation, and clash detection aligned with the UK BIM framework What are we looking for?
