This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in lettings and property management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.Key Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of residential propertiesConducting regular property inspectionsArranging maintenance works and liaising with contractorsEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation, including gas safety, electrical certificates, and other legal requirementsHandling tenancy renewals, check-ins, check-outs, and deposit returnsBuilding strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliersAddressing maintenance issues and resolving tenant queries promptlyKeeping accurate records and updating property management systemsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience in residential lettings and property managementA good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirementsExcellent organisational and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and manage a varied workloadA positive, professional attitude and strong attention to detailA full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)Benefits Include:Competitive salary of 28,000 per annumSupportive team
