Protec Fire and Security Group, a Bosch Company has an opportunity for an experienced and proactive Technical Lead in our Test department, within our Production facility at our Nelson Head Office. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong technical background in electronics, a comprehensive understanding of electronic diagnostics, and hands-on management experience. You will be responsible for managing daily technical operations, overseeing team productivity, and ensuring compliance with industry safety and quality standards. Lead and manage a team of electronics technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient technical operations. Oversee electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring top-quality standards. Conduct and manage risk assessments, including PUWER and COSHH, in alignment with health and safety requirements. Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety standards, creating a safe working environment for all team members. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and quality. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all technical activities, aligning with company protocols. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, providing coaching and development support to technical apprentices.
