Setting up the dining room for dinner, loading and unloading the dishwasher, cleaning the pans and dishes used by the chefs/the bain marie dishes, cleaning down the surfaces/mopping the floor/and some additional cleaning tasks on the rota (ie: deep clean fridge 1).
