Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you''ll take ownership of multiple projects, leading delivery teams and liaising closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in Residential construction and a desire to step into a leadership position. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end delivery of High Rise Residential construction projects Lead and support a team of Project Managers Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and communication Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget Report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders Requirements: Experience managing construction projects, ideally in the High Rise Residential sector Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project teams Strong client-facing and communication skills MRICS qualification preferred, but not essential Good knowledge of the Building Safety Act
