The school focuses on vocations like horticulture, agriculture, equine skills and animal care as well as many more, to enrich the lives and education of its pupils. Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and group support to learners aged 16+ with Special Educational Needs to help them engage fully in their education.Assist teaching staff in delivering personalised learning programmes that focus on practical, vocational, and life skills.Support learners in developing independence, communication, and social skills.Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all pupils.Support behaviour management strategies and promote positive wellbeing
