About the Customer Service Advisor Role:

You’ll be joining a busy customer service team where no two days are the same. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and working as part of a collaborative team. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is welcome but not essential.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor:

• Be the first point of contact for customer queries by phone and email
• Process customer orders quickly and accurately
• Handle complaints and issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and team targets
• Support data entry tasks including updating weekly stock sheets
