A well-established food manufacturer on the outskirts of Sudbury is expanding its team and looking for practical, hands-on Production Operatives. This role is ideal for candidates from a food production background, but training can be provided for the right person.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an immediate start and long-term prospects for the right candidate.

Production Operative Duties:

• Operating food production machinery and equipment
• Carrying out quality checks and completing basic paperwork (paper and digital)
• Assisting across production, warehousing, and goods-in departments
• Moving stock and finished goods around the site
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards
• Supporting the team with a flexible, hands-on approach

Pay & Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekly shifts: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
• -12.21+ p/hour, depending on experience
• Overtime available
• Weekly pay
• Holiday allowance
• Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
