Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance)

£30,777 per year (after probation) + HGV progression
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Driver Hire Twickenham is recruiting a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to work with a client specialising in high-end building materials. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career, with full support to train as a Class 2 (Category C) HGV Driver.

Role responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift

• Loading and unloading materials

• Picking and packing orders

• General warehouse duties

• Working as part of a team in a busy environment

Salary and benefits:

• £30,777 per year after probation

• Salary increase once you gain your HGV Class 2 licence

• Full-time, permanent position

• Clear progression into a driving role

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence

• Previous warehouse experience

• Ability to lift up to 25kg

• Good level of English

• Full UK driving licence (max 3 points)

• Willingness to train as an HGV Driver
