Bid and Sales Operations Manager - Remote
Role OverviewReporting into the Head of Sales, the Senior Bid and Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading all bid activity and sales operations processes across the business. This is a combined, senior-level role that bridges the creation of fully costed, compliant proposals with the operational management of sales contracts, pricing models, and team workflows. The successful candidate will ensure every bid is submitted on time, fully evidenced, and commercially optimised - while driving the efficiency and quality standards that underpin the wider sales function.Key ResponsibilitiesBid Management• Own the end-to-end bid process for all RFPs, ensuring on-time submission of compliant, professionally produced proposals.• Identify, capture, and communicate all key bid information, dates, and RFP requirements to relevant stakeholders with adequate advance notice.• Consolidate contributions from across the operations, sales, and subject matter expert teams into the required tender format.• Ensure all proposal documents adhere to Generis branding guidelines, standard formatting, and quality standards.• Respond to customer and stakeholder queries before, during, and after bid submission.Sales Operations• Production and delivery of sales contracts and commercially accurate price models.• Build and maintain detailed task lists and project timelines to keep the sales team on track across concurrent bids.• Support the Finance department by tracking and chasing outstanding pay
