Product ManagerI am currently recruiting for an experienced Product Manager to join a leading UK Based organisation operating within the defence sector. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on strategically significant projects in a secure, fast-paced and agile environment.Rate - £500.00 per day inside ir35Location - Bristol (3 days a week onsite)Clearance - SC ClearedResponsibilities

Define, develop, and own the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutionsAct as the voice of the customer, translating requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteriaPrioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesDrive Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and continuously refine the product development processMonitor product performance and iteratively enhance based on user feedback and metricsEnsure compliance with security, regulatory, and governance requirements in a defence environmentPlease note that due to current timeframes, the candidate must be a holder of an active SC Clearance to be eligible for this positionReasonable Adjustments
