We are looking for a visionary Data Strategy and Advisory Leader at Managing Principal level to drive the growth of Capco’s award-winning Data Practice. You’ll lead the design and delivery of enterprise data strategies and capabilities across Financial Services, collaborating with top-tier clients and multidisciplinary teams to shape innovative, scalable solutions. This is a senior leadership opportunity to influence direction, drive commercial growth, and mentor the next generation of data leaders.What You’ll Do

Develop and operationalise enterprise-level data strategies across banking, insurance and investment sectorsLead engagements focused on governance, data literacy, quality and regulatory responseShape new propositions and lead business development initiatives in data consultingScale data capabilities across internal teams and client organisations, delivering consistent outcomesBuild lasting senior stakeholder relationships and contribute to industry-facing thought leadershipWhat We’re Looking For

8+ years of senior-level data consulting experience with Financial Services institutionsExtensive experience in enterprise data transformation, including strategy and advisoryExpertise in frameworks such as DAMA DMBOK, DCAM, CDMC and the full data lifecycleProven record in business development, client engagement and team leadershipStrong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groupsBonus Points For
