Office Manager
Our client is a growing exterior cleaning company working with property managers, block management companies and facilities managers across our four separate divisions exterior cleaning, major works, roof cleaning and window cleaning. They are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager. The Role As Office Manager you will be responsible for: Key responsibilities include: Managing customer enquiries (phone and email) Scheduling appointments and coordinating works Preparing and following up on quotations Managing the Director s diary Supporting job scheduling and tracking progress Overseeing workplace health and safety Maintaining CRM records Ensuring staff training, qualifications and certifications remain up to date Overseeing vehicles, equipment, and office operations Completing onboarding paperwork for new suppliers and subcontractors. Supporting general office administration tasks as required. About You Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and adeptness in multitasking within a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm What We Offer Company pension Free Parking
