This is a 40-hour-per-week role, with rotas that vary to suit the business mainly daytime shifts, with some evenings and weekends required for events. This sous chef role offers genuine variety. One day you could be delivering high-end directors dinners, the next supporting a fast paced pizza service, with opportunities to work across sites throughout the South West when needed while Bristol remains your main base.
