Overview

Manager, Customer Success (12 month FTC) French Speaking. The Manager, Customer Success is a people-leader role within the LinkedIn Talent Solutions organization. This role is part of our Search and Staffing vertical and oversees a team of Customer Success Managers in the UK, France and DACH, partnering with our most commercial and sourcing expert Enterprise customers in these countries. The objective of this role is to support the team in driving strategic partnerships with Staffing Enterprise customers regionally, working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to drive strategy around the optimisation of our products, leveraging our data, providing thought-leadership advice; and helping our solutions become a mission critical, irreplaceable part of our clients’ sourcing process. This role is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by business needs.Responsibilities

Lead, develop, inspire and coach a group of 9 Customer Success Managers partnering with UK, France, and DACH SandS Customers.Act as sponsor and meet with key client stakeholders in these subregions, often C-suite and VP level, providing thought-leadership and advisory on the longer-term strategy of the partnership.Partner closely with LinkedIn Sales leaders locally in these subregions, participate in forecast and planning, and co-create the strategy for success of the Staffing vertical in these countries.Support the team in leading post-sales activity to achieve customer goals, and identify commercial opportunities to optimise the client’s investment, growth and continuity.Monitor team performance, set and track KPIs, and drive operational excellence to deliver results, owning reporting, forecasting and planning to achieve goals consistently.Provide consistency and alignment to the regional Search and Staffing strategy, while driving regional initiatives that feed into global objectives for the Customer Success organization.Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and guide the team to upskill in new tools, features, and products to provide strategic advice on how to capitalise on LinkedIn investment.Act as thought leader within the Recruitment space offering insight into industry benchmarking and market trends, during roundtables, customer panels, and industry events.Participate in and lead cross-functional projects to bring voice of customer, vertical expertise, and product input into key initiatives for the vertical and our product offering.Qualifications

Basic qualifications:6+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Education and/or SalesFluency in English and FrenchAbility to travel within EMEA to meet with customers, team, and Sales partners regularly. Travel required approximately every 2 months.Preferred Qualifications:Fluency in GermanDeep understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry with a track record of building strong customer partnerships, including clients who act as intermediaries in hiring.Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, particularly with cross-functional partners off-location.Strong coaching expertise and ability to manage geographically dispersed teams while maintaining cohesion and belonging.Commercial acumen and ability to articulate value delivery towards customer objectives.Experience in managing external senior stakeholders, presenting to board-level audiences including C-suite.Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills; experience analyzing data and trends.Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with an appetite to lead in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Glean, Gong).Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or German is an advantage.Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multicultural environment.Additional Information
