We are currently working with a leading professional services firm in London that are looking to bring in talented MandA Tax professionals.

This role will be perfect for someone who has exposure to deals as part of their current role and wants to Specialise on MandA work, or perhaps someone already focusing on MandA tax who wants to step up in terms of level and breadth of client work.

Your new role:

You''ll be working on a range of different client types including national and international, private businesses, private equity houses, infrastructure funds and emerging capital markets.Working as part of a national team, you''ll get exposure to both a mix of UK and national clients.You''ll be involved in the full life cycle of a deal, handling due diligence, tax structuring, post-acquisition implementations and reorganisations.Client work is spread across multiple sectorsBusiness development activities across the team, working closely with other departments in the business.Coaching and development of more junior staff members across the team.What you''ll need to be successful:ACA/CTA qualified or equivalentMandA tax experience in the UKExperience of MandA Tax transactions ideally in the Real Estate Sector TaxHardworking, ambitious and willing to learn and growIf this career opportunity is of interest, then please give
