You will work closely with the inhouse team, sales team and warehouse operations.Day to day duties include. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within the ERP/order management system. Create commercial invoices for customers. Liaise with customers to manage orders, provide updates, and build strong working relationship. Run weekly and monthly sales, stock, and performance reports to support decision-making.
