If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for employee relations, we want to hear from you!Position Details:Job title: HR ManagerContract Type: TemporaryStart Date: ASAPDuration: 8 weeks (with possible extension)Pay Rate: 35- 42 per hourLocation: London Victoria (Hybrid working available)Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, 3-4 days a week Key Responsibilities:As our Senior HR Manager, you will:Manage all Employee Relations (ER) cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Provide guidance to wider team on HR policies and procedures.Review and update company policies and contracts to align with UK employment law.Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy.Produce HR reports and analytics for senior leadership.Analyse recent employee engagement surveys and design improvement initiatives based on results and feedback.Support the HR function and wider SMT where required. Experience and Skills Required:To excel in this role, you will need:Proven experience in a senior, hands-on HR role.CIPD qualification.Strong expertise in ER case management.Up to date knowledge on UK employment laws.A confident and proactive approach to work.
