Job Description:

• Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging, play-based lessonsandnbsp;in line with theandnbsp;EYFS curriculum
• Create aandnbsp;safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environmentandnbsp;that supports all areas of development
• Use a range ofandnbsp;formative assessmentsandnbsp;to monitor progress and inform next steps
• Buildandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with children, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development
• Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;enrichment activities,andnbsp;parent engagement, andandnbsp;collaborative planning

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience teaching in Early Years (desirable but not essential)
• Be aandnbsp;reflective and adaptable practitionerandnbsp;with strong classroom management and differentiation skills
• Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;child wellbeing
• Possessandnbsp;excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;continuous professional developmentandnbsp;andandnbsp;team collaboration
